How long does a typical driveway/patio take?
All driveways & patios are different. The work can take anything from a week onwards, depending on the size of your driveway or garden. For an estimated time frame, send photos via whatsapp.
What base depth do you use?
Do you handle drainage / ACO channels and falls?
Yes, we cover all aspects of the work required and it will be outlined on our written quotation.
Can you work around existing features (manholes, steps, etc.)?
Yes we use recess manholes and build any type of steps and features
What guarantee do you provide?
In the unlikely event of one of our porcelain paving products failing, we will provide like-for-like replacement material free of charge… We will also cover the direct reinstallation cost for a period of up to five years, provided in reason and due to site inspection.
Driveways Covered: 5 years – Structural failure, major sinking, significant cracking, improper drainage (puddling).Excluded: General wear and tear, color fading, weed/moss growth, damage from heavy vehicles (e.g., skips), or damage caused by poor maintenance (e.g., broken pointing from aggressive jet washing). Will need a site inspection
